I would appreciate your support
This compact solder fume extractor was specially developed for workplaces with soldering tasks. It ensures that resulting solder fumes and vapors are extracted directly at the source, thus significantly improving air quality at the workplace.
By using an activated carbon filter, smoke, odors, and pollutants are effectively filtered. The device is compact, lightweight, and ideal for workbenches, hobby rooms, or electronics workstations.
The housing is designed to optimally bundle the airflow, achieving significantly better extraction performance than simple fan solutions.
Assembly is very easy, and no support structures are needed during 3D printing. All parts are designed to be assembled without gluing.
Ideal for:
- Soldering
- Electronics Repair
- Model Making
- 3D Printing Post-processing
- Workshop tasks
Technical Specifications
- Suitable for 120mm fans
- Activated carbon filter usable
- Printing possible without support structures
- No gluing necessary
- Easy assembly
- Compact design
- Quiet operation (depending on fan)
- PWM controllable (depending on fan)
Note
This is a DIY / 3D printed model and not a certified air purification device, but it significantly improves air quality during soldering.
For more stability, I would recommend PETG !!!
For the seals, I recommend TPU 95A !!!
A detailed assembly instruction including a bill of materials is included!
