Chaos Chain Axe - Grimdark Inspired
Print Profile(1)

Description
This is a grimdark-inspired model of a chainaxe of Chaos.
Important: It is preferred for this model to be assembled with a 28mm diameter stick that has been cut 500mm long. I have added a stick for 3D printing in the files in case someone doesn't want to get the materials, but I don't recommend assembling the print this way; it is going to be much more fragile and should be for display only.
The best sticks for this are the broom handles made of wood that you can buy separately for like $3. It's going to add some good weight to the model and is also going to glue together great. Other options are PVC pipes.
If your stick is not 28mm exactly, you can try to just upscale or downscale the model a bit so it fits.
Apart from that, you only are going to need some glue and some electrical tape if you want to do like I did and wrap it around the handle.

For assembly:
Like i said you are going to need some glue (cyanoacrylate) , a 28mm x 500mm stick and some electric tape to wrap around the handle but that is opcional.
For assembly you are going to need to follow this steps, the first is to glue this two parts to the main body.

The we can join the two parts of the “blade” with help of the 3 pegs to align the pieces together.

The we can add the blade to the main body.

After that we can add the small chain blades.

Now we can add the sick to the main body, as a recomendation just put glue in the end of the hole, since it a very thight fit the two part might be glue together before it inserted all the way thought.

The we can add this part, it doesnt need a lot of glue, just a couple of drops.

The the we can add the final part.

And this should be all, now you can add the electric tape to the handle if you want.
