To create a premium, casino-quality die with mathematically perfect, continuous corners, this algorithm bypasses standard hull operations and utilizes a pure 3D minkowski sum.

By calculating the volumetric sum of a central cube and a sphere, it generates a perfectly smooth, uniform radius across all 12 edges and 8 corners simultaneously. The text engravings are mapped perfectly to the center of each face using precise 90-degree and 180-degree matrix rotations. Because the text subtraction happens after the Minkowski calculation, the sharp internal corners of the letters are perfectly preserved, resulting in crisp, highly readable text that slices flawlessly.

🖨️ Print settings:

• Material: PLA, ABS, or PETG.
• Layer height: 0.12mm or 0.16mm is highly recommended. Because there is text on all sides, a finer layer height ensures the slopes of the letters print cleanly.
• Supports: Normal snug supports or tree supports. Because a true die has rounded edges, the bottom face needs a little bit of support to hold the curve and the bottom text.
• Infill: Set infill to 100% or use 6 wall loops! A solid die has better weight, rolls significantly better, and feels like a premium commercial product.
