Description
Cetto La Qualunque is a character by Antonio Albaneses. He positions himself as a great innovator, and in his election campaigns, he always promises a great abundance of pilu(literally hair - a dialectal synecdoche to indicate women). His promises are astounding and always receive thunderous applause from the public, who particularly get excited when the politician assures them there will be an abundance of beautiful women: his electoral sloganis indeed "Cchiù pilu pe' tutti".
