Description
A simple catapult to launch whatever you want across the room. It is surprisingly strong.
Designed for PETG, not tested with PLA or other filaments.
how to use:
- use the parametric feature to get the exact thickness for your desk
- put whatever you want to launch into the “cup”
- hold the bottom of the catapult against the desk(i prototyped some clamping designs, but the prototyping got very wasteful so i stuck to this design where you have to hold it onto the desk yourself)
- Charge the catapult by pushing down the cup part.(you can push fully down, it did not break in my tests)
- let go. :)
No AI was used for this project. It's simple, but fun. I really enjoy the sound the catapult makes when firing. :)
