Description

My own model of a PR24 side handle police baton also known as a Tonfa. I use this as a training tool, but could also be used for cosplay. The current infill setting is good for training, if you want to make it stronger I'd increase the wall count to 8 and the infill to 80-90% but at that point it would start to actually be fairly painful for training purposes. Around 20% or less is good for training, wouldn't go under 10% infill and 4 walls for any purpose though.

The original model is for an H2C as it's a full sized PR24, almost the same specs as the real world one. I plan to make smaller ones for other printers but at that point it would be more for cosplay.

UPDATE: I've added a second print profile for non H series sized printers,  it's about ⅔ the size so you're only losing between 30-40% but it's the maximum build volume for standard size printers like the P1/P2/A1/X series.

If you found this helpful I would appreciate a free boost so I could continue buying equipment to test more models out.
