Finn lives in the Silent Sea, where he spends hours swimming in wide, calm circles. He likes to repeat the same route, because he says the sea speaks best when something stops changing. For several days he noticed something strange: in a specific area, the current always turned the same way, even though the rest of the water was flowing in another direction. Finn returned again and again, until he understood the clue. The current was not circling a rock or a coral reef. It was circling the same shadow that Tofu had seen begin to appear in the ocean. Thus he solved a small part of the mystery: the shadow was not drifting nor was it a reflection of the sea. It was already taking its place, as if The Last Island was not arriving… but slowly waking up. Since then, Finn no longer swims just to move forward. Now he knows that some important things don't appear sooner by going faster, but when it's time to see them. Moral: Sometimes, something doesn't appear when you search for it in a hurry, but when you learn to wait for its moment.
