Compact ventilation/exhaust duct adapter from round (Ø100) to rectangular 110×55 – this upload is the left version. The right version is also available in my uploads. lüfutung 100 ru... links.3mf
Features
- Smooth transition from round pipe to rectangular/flat duct
- Left-hand version (mirrored right-hand version available separately)
- Single-piece print, no assembly required
Print Settings (Recommended)
- Material: PLA (indoors), PETG (tougher / more heat resistant)
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.20 mm (0.28 mm for faster prints)
- Walls/Perimeters: 3–4
- Infill: 10–20%
- Supports: off (if your slicer flags internal overhangs, try “build plate only”)
- Orientation: print as arranged in the 3MF (flat face on the bed)
Assembly
- No assembly (1 part).
- Optional light sanding/deburring.
- Mounting depends on your setup: tape, screws, hose clamp, or foam sealing tape (not included).
Notes / Safety
- Measure your real duct/pipe before final installation; printer tolerances may vary.
- For warmer air streams, consider PETG/ABS/ASA.
