Description
v2 - Thinner profile around mount holes - Super useful and very functional flush mount DOUBLE bearing pillow block. This flush mount pillow block uses 2 - 608 Bearings. I have unshielded (open) bearings inserted in the flush mount pillow blocks shown in the photos but you can also use shielded bearings in the 608 bearing family (22mm OD, 8mm ID, 7mm Thick). In the photos of the flush mount pillow blocks I have pressed bearings in them that I purchased from PGN Bearings (Amazon). These bearings fit an 8mm shaft which is shown in the pictures.
This is an even quicker print from my other flush mount double 608 bearing pillow block found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2950148-double-608-bearing-flush-mount-pillow-block-8mm#profileId-3305300 . I have the infill set to 25% to give it more strength and heft. I printed these in PLA which is fine but if you are going to expose these to grease or heat or direct sunlight, PETG would be a much better choice.
The bolt hole diameter on these flush mount pillow blocks is 9mm.
