Chigee AIO-6 Sunshade / Visor - Original DesignPrecise sunshade specifically designed for the Chigee AIO-6 multimedia device.
This is an original model developed for a perfect fit. It effectively blocks direct sunlight and glare, significantly improving screen visibility while riding.
Important Printing Notes:
The version shown in the photos was printed in ASA-CF with 0.4% shrinkage.
The uploaded model is already scaled +0.4% to compensate for this shrinkage.
Please scale the model according to the material you are using for the best fit:ASA / ASA-CF → use the model as is (+0.4%)
PETG / PETG-CF → usually 0% to +0.2%
ABS or other materials → adjust according to your filament’s shrinkage rate
The model is highly accurate and requires precise printing. For optimal results, use good bed calibration, 0.2 mm layer height (or finer), and sufficient walls/infill for rigidity.
Recommended material: ASA-CF or ASA for best UV resistance and long-term durability in outdoor conditions.
