⚙️ PRINT SETTINGS & MATERIAL RECOMMENDATIONS

⚠️ IMPORTANT TEMPERATURE WARNING:
Do NOT use standard PLA! Campers and caravans can reach internal temperatures well over 50°C/60°C in the summer. Standard PLA will warp and deform under these conditions.

Recommended Materials:
• PETG (Highly Recommended): Excellent temperature resistance (up to 75°C-80°C), highly water-resistant, durable, and easy to print.
• ASA / ABS: Perfect alternatives if you require even higher heat deflection and full UV protection.

Slicer Settings:
• Supports: ENABLED. Several parts feature internal cavities, overhangs, and counter-threads.
• Support Type: Tree (Organic) supports are highly recommended for the main housing and electrical tray to ensure easy removal.
• Infill: 20% to 30% (Gyroid or Grid) for optimal structural strength.
• Wall Loops / Perimeters: 3 to 4 walls for maximum durability and water tightness.
