CCM Spitfire Battery Cover

This is an accurate 3D file of the CCM Spitfire Battery Cover. As parts have and may continue to become harder to obtain, this file may become useful to somebody eventually. 

I would recommend printing in PETG GF. Do NOT use any Carbon Fibre infused filaments as it is conductive and may give you problems if it contacts the battery terminals.

I used:

0.4 Nozzle

.20mm Layer Height

3 Walls

Scarf Joint Seam ( Make sure to use inner/outer/inner and set your outside wall speed to 50)

I have included screenshots of how you should orient the print for best finish and make sure to add Tree supports to the entire bottom of the battery box, as shown in the screenshots.

If somebody would like to add a print profile for me, that would be much appreciated!
