Description

There is nothing quite as frustrating—or potentially unsafe—as riding your motorcycle and being blinded by the glare on your dashboard. Direct sunlight can make the TFT display completely unreadable. When searching for a solution for the 2026 Zontes 368G, existing models fell short: they simply rested on top of the screen without a proper mounting mechanism, and the sizing was often too loose for the newer 2026 display design.

Boost Me (for free)

If this custom sun shade upgraded your Zontes riding experience and solved your glare issues, please consider giving it a Boost! I highly rely on your feedback. Don't forget to upload a REAL PHOTO of your printed visor mounted on your bike in the comments section—I’d love to see your material choices and setups out in the wild!

To solve this, I engineered a custom TFT display sun shade focused entirely on a secure, perfect fit. Instead of a loose cover, this visor features integrated, precise clips that seamlessly snap onto the rear of the screen enclosure. The tight tolerances ensure there is absolutely zero play. This means no unwanted vibrations, rattles, or shifting, even when pushing the bike on rough terrain or at higher speeds.

The main body prints as a robust, single piece. For the branding, I’ve given you full flexibility. While the photos show my personal visor with laser-engraved details, the provided print profile includes a dedicated plate containing the "ZONTES" and "368G" logos. A great maker tip: you can print these logos separately, use standard masking tape as a transfer sheet to keep the letters perfectly aligned, and glue them directly onto the front face of the visor.

Print & Profile Recommendations:

  • Material: Since this part will be exposed to direct sunlight and high temperatures, standard PLA or PETG is not recommended. Print this in ASA or ASA-CF (the photos show ASA-CF) for ultimate UV and heat resistance.
  • Settings: Use a 25% Gyroid infill for durability. Supports are required for the overhanging geometry and the rear clips.
  • App: For a flawless result, simply hit print via the Bambu Handy app using the pre-configured profile!
