Baha'i Ring Symbol Pendant 21mm
Print Profile(1)

Bill of Materials
Description
Our friend asked us to design and print a Baha'i Pendant for their child, and we've spent the last 2 days designing it and making sure the final product comes out… less 3d printed.
We wanted it to have a fine design, so we opted to use a 0.2mm nozzle, and the final size is roughly 21mm.
The next thing is weight. We've included a cavity to insert a stainless steel m6 washer, 11.7mmx1.4mm, and the print will pause at layer 24. Make sure the washer is warm, hold it in your hand for about 10 seconds, before dropping it into the cavity, then resume the print. If we end up making a version 2, I'll try to source a metal disc that's closer to 1mm thick. But metal washer is so easy to get from your local hardware store.
We wanted to have the least amount of waste for the secondary colour, and since the colour we've picked is darker than gold, it's only printed in 2 layers. Less purge, faster print. In the print, you can see that the ‘roof’ comes in 2 parts, each part is 2 layers.
The symbol can be easily swap to one of your own.
If you ended up printing it, we would love to see your colour variant, and how you mount the necklace to the chain.
