Drink Holder - optimized for Emmaljunga Strollers

Features

  • Suitable for Emmaljunga strollers (for the side bars)
  • 0.5l PET bottles
  • 0.33l reusable bottles (beer, draft soda, etc)
  • Matching base + narrowing in the middle to securely hold 0.33l reusable bottles
  • Extra stable holder to enjoy a cool drink on the go, in the best weather

Notes

  • Split the screws horizontally and then glue them together to optimally absorb forces
  • Screws and wing nuts 100% infill
  • Print the 2 parts of the holder with 25-35% infill, also aligned laterally, so that forces can also act appropriately here
  • For the long, thin webs, I recommend activating print bed adhesion (brim)
  • For the ball and the ball socket, I recommend using Fuzzy Skin to ensure high friction and thus stability. This is important! (Unfortunately, it is only visible on the ball in the photo, but it is saved in the profile)
  • For the holder part with the ball socket, supports should be activated
  • Screws/wing nuts can of course also be exchanged for "real" ones
  • An M8 screw is used (40mm length + head) (theoretically also printable) incl corresponding nut. I recommend using these made of metal if glass bottles are used
  • Please only tighten the wing nuts very gently when fastening. It is not necessary to apply much force!
