Parametric Pipe End Cap with TPU Gasket & Tool

Short Description:
A fully parametric all-in-one system for pipe end caps for construction, gardening, or workshops. Via the MakerWorld Customizer, this model automatically adapts to all common pipe types (Multilayer composite pipes, HT/KG sewage pipes DN32-DN200, Imperial steel pipes, Garden hoses) and automatically generates a perfectly fitting TPU gasket as well as the matching installation tool (driver)!

Assembly Instructions:

  2. Place the printed TPU gasket loosely inside the cap opening.
  3. Insert the tool and press down firmly until the handle sits flush with the cap's rim. The gasket will snap perfectly straight into the internal wall groove.
  4. Push or screw the cap tightly onto your pipe.

Notes & Safety:
Please note that FDM 3D prints can be microscopically porous due to microscopic layer adhesion. If used for high-pressure testing or under high pressure, it is highly recommended to print the cap with 100% infill or seal the interior with a thin layer of epoxy resin.
