Skoda Emblem / Badge Base (Curved & Flat, 90mm)

This is a universal, custom-designed Skoda emblem set. This pack includes both Curved and Flat base variants, allowing you to choose the perfect fit depending on your specific car model and placement.

Unlike cheap aftermarket replacements, the curved models feature a precisely engineered curved base that matches the exact contour of the vehicle's bodywork, offering a much tighter, flush, and more durable fit.

Sizing & Scaling Guide (Read Before Printing!):

To keep the file library clean, all source STL files are provided at a standard 90mm diameter. You can easily scale the model directly in your slicer (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, etc.) to fit your specific car model:

• For 90mm Emblem: Print at 100% scale.
• For 80mm Emblem: Scale the model to 88.88% on the X and Y axes.
• For 110mm Emblem: Scale the model to 122.22% on the X and Y axes. (Pro Tip: You can uncheck "uniform scaling" in your slicer if you want to resize the diameter but keep the exact 9mm or 11mm thickness intact!)

  3D Printing Recommendations

• 💡 Pro Tip for Perfect Surface Quality (Especially for Curved Versions): To achieve a perfectly smooth finish on the emblem face and avoid the "stair-stepping" effect, do not print it completely flat. Instead, tilt the model in your slicer at a 45-degree angle and use supports. This orientation ensures ultra-smooth layer transitions on the front face, just like in the showcase photos!

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS are highly recommended since these parts will be exposed to direct sunlight, UV rays, and outdoor weather. Standard PLA will warp or melt under summer heat!
• Filament Change / Multi-Color: Can be printed easily with Bambu AMS / multi-material systems, or via a manual filament change at the specific layer height where the white logo starts.
• Infill: 20% - 100% (Solid infill/more walls are preferred for longevity).
• Installation: Use high-quality exterior automotive double-sided tape (such as 3M VHB). Make sure the car surface is completely clean and degreased before applying.
