Printed with Bing ABS/ASA filament, the empty weight is about 750 to 800g. Using lightweight foamed filament might be better.

This model is the result of my leisure time work, scaled up to 1.16 meters based on the Assassin T1 as a blueprint. First, I want to pay tribute to the excellent original product! To accommodate smaller travel printers and address printing process issues, it was not scaled proportionally to the original machine's size. Also, due to carbon tube positioning, I did not design a quick-release structure; instead, I used two simple set screws distributed on the power pod to secure the wings.

Carbon fiber and hardware:

m2x4 self-tapping screws, approximately less than 20 pieces

m2x6 screws, also approximately less than 20 pieces

Four m1x4 self-tapping screws for fixing the tilt motor mount and servo arm

Eight m2x3 heat-set inserts

Four m3x5 heat-set inserts

Four m3x15 screws for wing power pods

Four m3x10 screws for tail motor mounts

One 10mm diameter, 1-meter long carbon fiber tube for the wing

One 3mm diameter, 1-meter long carbon fiber rod for the wing. You can cut 30cm for the horizontal stabilizer.

One 1cm wide and high, 33cm long carbon fiber square tube. Its length can be adjusted for convenience to fine-tune the center of gravity. External wiring means no worries about servo wires not fitting.

Power configuration

DJI 2312S motors, 3 pieces

3mm M5 prop adapters, 3 pieces

One pair of 8060 props (CW/CCW) plus one CW tail prop

35A Seaking ESCs, 3 pieces

PTK7452 servos, 6 pieces

FeiDan AT32 F437 flight controller, Beizheng 181 GPS, Runcam Wasp Link air unit

Jifeng 5S 2600mAh battery

This aircraft has undergone outdoor level flight testing. Videos can be seen on my Bilibili and Douyin platforms. The cruising current is 3A, and the efficiency is quite good.
