Description

Universal Window Crank Cover 43mm (Leather Texture) A clean and simple 43mm blanking plug featuring a realistic leather texture on the top surface. Designed to seamlessly blend with your car's interior door panels after removing manual window winder cranks. Perfect for classic cars, youngtimers, or any automotive project where you are upgrading to power windows and need a neat, OEM-like finish.

Assembly Instructions: This is a 3-part design. You need to glue the threaded screw base to the bottom of the top cap (super glue/CA glue works perfectly). The locking nut is then used to secure the plug tightly to the door card, preventing it from falling out.

Print Settings & Recommendations:

  • Material: ASA, ABS, or PETG highly recommended. (Do not use PLA, as it will deform in a hot car interior during summer).
  • Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 for structural rigidity.
  • Infill: 15-20% (Gyroid or Cubic).
  • Tolerances for threads: To ensure the nut screws on smoothly, apply Outer Contour Compensation (XY Size Compensation) at -0.1 mm, and Hole Compensation at 0.1 mm in your slicer settings.
