Description
Figure-eight barrel band design for Reximex Lyra PCP rifle - it may fit other models, fitted for a 35mm air cylinder and 14mm barrel, space between air cylinder and barrel 0.7-0.8mm.
The barrel hole is made with slight clearance so the barrel can move freely back and forth with pressure changes in the air cylinder.
The band is clamped onto the air cylinder with two M4x16 screws and nuts.
Additionally, a sleeve is included which is placed in the space after removing the factory figure-eight barrel band.
The Barrel Band eliminates the problem of the barrel shifting with light impacts; the original band fastened with two screws is not very solid.
The figure-eight barrel band should be mounted on the barrel, then align the barrel with the action and tighten the band.
