Key Optimizations
VFA Elimination
Carefully calibrated outer wall speeds to minimize
Vertical Fine Artifacts (VFA) and achieve smooth and uniform surfaces.
Optimized Bridges
Optimized parameters (Flow 1.0, Speed 40 mm/s) to ensure
clean and reliable bridges in most applications.
For particularly challenging geometries, we recommend:
Flow: 1.4
Speed: 10 mm/s (Already pre-set)
Ironing
Flow and speed values already optimized for PLA and PETG, ready to use
and deactivated by default to allow maximum user flexibility.
Recommended Wall Configuration
To achieve the best compromise between quality and strength:
Wall order: Inner → Outer → Inner
Number of walls: 3
This configuration improves dimensional accuracy,
external surface quality, and part robustness.
Field Tested
Each setting has been verified through practical tests on Bambu Lab X2D with
the aim of providing reliable and repeatable results under everyday use conditions.

It is recommended to print the included Benchy before saving or definitively using the profile.
