🎨 Description
I designed this tool because standard circle cutters with utility blades simply don't work well on soft materials like foam and fabric—they tear or bunch up the material instead of cutting it. To get a clean, smooth circle, these materials strictly require a rotary circular blade. Since there are currently no specialized 3D-printed tools on the market for this specific purpose, I created this solution.

This 18mm version is perfectly optimized to cut both craft foam pads (up to 10mm thick) and various fabrics. Thanks to the smaller blade size, it offers better control and flexibility. With just a few practice attempts, you will be able to cut perfectly smooth circles every time!

🔧 Hardware Required

• Rotary Blade: 18mm rotary cutter blade. (Not included, needs to be purchased separately).

• Layer Height: 0.20mm
• Supports: No
• Wall Loops: 3
• Infill: 15%
• Special Setting: Enable Adaptive Layer Height (Variable Layer Height) for smoother slopes and better precision.

💡 Assembly & Usage Tips

• Anti-Slip Tip (See attached image): During assembly, please place a small piece of scrap foam under the adjustment knob. This greatly increases friction and completely prevents the blade holder from sliding during use.
