This blank 200mm wheel badge is designed to fit inside the TMT wheel, giving makers, parents, and kids an easy way to customize their mobility trainer without modifying the chair itself. Use it as-is, add a name, vinyl decals, paint, stickers, themed artwork, or remix it into something completely unique.

• Easy installation using two small pieces of hook-and-loop (Velcro)
• Maintains access to wheel hardware and bolts
• Quick and easy badge swaps without disassembling the wheel

A quick note: I’m not an engineer—I designed the fit as best I could with ease of use in mind. The badge is intentionally a loose fit, and we found that two small pieces of Velcro make installation simple while allowing badges to be swapped in seconds.

This is the blank base version and serves as the foundation for what I hope becomes a complete customization ecosystem for the TMT community. Themed badges and additional accessories are already in the works, but I would love to see what the community creates as well.
