This model is a simplified version of the portable pocket fan, with its volume compressed to the extreme, so its performance might not be as good as the original

Model features: This model is a purely 3D Printed manual press fan, requiring no glue and no hardware lubricant recommended

Compact size fits easily in a pocket, minimal support needed and negligible, simple to print, strong airflow to help you stay cool this summer

The model's fan blades have an open structure and may cause personal injury due to accidental contact, material breakage, runaway blades, etc Use this model at your own risk

It is recommended to print this model using PETG, PLA can also be used but its lifespan will be severely limited If it cannot be installed or run smoothly, the gear posts for assembly will need to be manually sanded

Due to the roughness of 3D printing, there may be sticking, so it is recommended to apply lubricant to all moving contact surfaces

During assembly, check that each gear rotates smoothly in its respective position, inspect all parts for printing defects, and manually sand if necessary

I have now adjusted the standard version gears to maximum tolerance to ensure most users can print and assemble directly, but this version may be noisier and the fan blades less stable

I have provided two small tolerance gear configurations for higher performance, but they will also test your printer's print quality and your ability to solve problems hands-on

0.5mm and 0.3mm versions; the smaller the value, the greater the difficulty and the better the performance

If you need to install the small tolerance version gears, you may need to sand the seams on the 3 gear posts in the model and check if the gear holes are neat
