Collapsable Padel or tennis ball collector (also called a picky)
This print is for the padel/tennis coach or player on the move.
Easy to assemble, easy to use, easy to disassemble and easy to carry :-)
Printing
All parts must be printed in PETG, due to strength and flexibility.
All parts:
Easy to print with normal support, ad a brim if needed, but it shouldn't be.
GRIP PART:
The grip part MUST BE PRINTED HORIZONTALLY. due to strength and flexibility. Use the support settings that suits your setup best.
Assembly
The bottom part:
Glue the tube and the grip-part together with a strong glue, using 3 pieces, 1,5 cm, of filament as guides.
The middel part:
Insert a hinge in each of the positions, making sure the flat part is out, when the hinge is pointing towards/past the end of the tube.
That is it!
Useage
Before using it, place the 2 end tubes (one at a time) with the hinge ends towards the middle part and use the hinges to clamp them together.
when you are done, just undo the hinges and flip the tubes around, so they are inserted into the middel part. use the hinges to secure.
