This adapter allows a tailgate release switch from a Citroën C4 to be installed in a Citroën DS4.

The original DS4 tailgate switch can be difficult to find or significantly more expensive than the equivalent switch used in the C4. This adapter bridges the dimensional differences between the two parts, making it possible to use the more common and affordable C4 switch in a DS4.
