Dash lives in the Misty Meadows, where he loves to run so fast that the grass bends in his wake. He always thought that if a path exists, the best thing is to run along it. One afternoon, he noticed something strange: each time he crossed the same strip of the meadow, his footprints disappeared sooner than the others. He tried again and again, until he decided to stop running and look calmly. Then he saw the clue. Beneath that strip, the ground trembled very gently, as if something ancient was still passing underneath. Thus, he understood a small part of the mystery: in open places, the ancient path leaves no marks on the surface… it erases them, to remain free. Since then, Dash remains the fastest, but he no longer runs without thinking. Now he knows that even speed needs direction
