Ultra-compact Seat Belt Dummy – Fully Rounded

This model is an extremely minimalist, flush-fitting seat belt buckle dummy. To avoid sharp edges in the buckle and ensure perfect gliding, the design has been completely rounded at all four corners (top and bottom). An embossed directional arrow indicates the correct insertion direction.

• Overall Width: 24.5 mm (With extra wide and reinforced edge for maximum stability).
• Overall Length: 37.0 mm (3.7 cm – perfectly flush, does not protrude annoyingly).
• Thickness: 2.9 mm (Perfectly flat forged, reliably prevents jamming in the buckle).
• Latching Hole Dimensions: 15.0 mm Width x 23.0 mm Length (Provides maximum clearance for the car's latching hook).

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings (Bambu Studio / OrcaSlicer):

• Filament: Absolutely PETG, ABS or ASA (e.g., Sunlu PETG). Never use PLA, as it will deform in a hot car in summer!
• Wall Loops: Increase to 5 to 6 (Extremely important so that the side bars are printed completely solid and break-proof!).
• Infill: 40% Gyroid.
• Wall Order: "Inner walls first" for perfect dimensional accuracy.
• Support: Not required (the arrow is only 0.8 mm deep).
