80/90/92 fan conversion bracket for ID Cooling IS30I/IS30A

This is a fan conversion bracket for the ID Cooling IS30I cooler; the original fan's screws are needed to install the bracket

Suitable for situations such as when the original fan is damaged or its performance is insufficient

This post shows the installation effect using Thermalright B8W (8025), Sanyo Denki 9S (8025), Thermalright TL-9015W (9015), and AVC DS09225R12H (9225)

The accessories needed are as follows:

Screws M2.5 x 30mm, head diameter 6mm

Heat set inserts M2.5 x 3 x 3.5 (thread x total length x outer diameter)

The heat set inserts need to be installed vertically from the bottom (installation facing the heatsink side) at the four corners

The screw length depends on the thickness of the fan to be installed; for example, a 30mm screw is needed for a 25mm thick fan, and a 20mm screw for a 15mm thick fan. Theoretically, it supports all 80/90/92 standard hole pitch fan thicknesses

I used Bambu Lab H2C for printing. The printing material was PETG or PLA; other materials have not been tried. It is recommended to choose heat-resistant materials for printing
