A solid, press-fit connector designed for standard 30x30x2 mm aluminum extrusions. Perfect for building custom frames, enclosures, or structural projects. It features a built-in 5mm center collar for a clean, professional finish between joined profiles. No screws required – simply press-fit or use construction adhesive for a permanent bond.

⚠️ IMPORTANT PRINTING GUIDELINES ⚠️ To ensure the mechanical strength of the connector and prevent it from snapping, please follow these slicer settings:

• Orientation: Print flat on the build plate! Do NOT print vertically. Printing horizontally ensures the layer lines run parallel to the bending force, making the part incredibly strong.
• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA is highly recommended over PLA for better impact resistance and flexibility.
• Walls / Perimeters: 4 to 6 walls. This is crucial for the structural integrity of the part.
• Infill: 30% to 40% Cubic or Adaptive Cubic. (Gyroid is great but takes much longer; Cubic provides excellent strength for this specific load).
• Supports: Yes. Since it's printed flat, you will need supports (Tree or Snug) under the overhanging core.
• Tolerance: The model has a built-in 0.4 mm clearance to compensate for filament expansion and ensure a tight but smooth fit.
