The measurements are the Outside ones. So add thickness 2 times (Standard 2 mm)
Breite = Width
Länge = Length
Höhe = Heigt
Wandstärke = Thickness

Downloaded and printed as is.... needs work.
The hangers are a flat overhang and didn't print well, I had to dremel the excess gunk off.
The tray is not deep enough, so it will not sit flat/level as is. Maybe if you make it deeper it would force it level?
