<p>Reccomend to print with PLA tough+. ABS is good in areas that are higher temp (like being left inside a hot car), but the clip can fail if bent too far on ABS. The magnets are 6mm x 2mm button style neodymium type x3. There are 4 small tabs on the inside that lock onto the light body. it requires some moderate pressure to insert the light and it will click into place once the tabs lock onto the body. once the light is in place, you cant remove it without cutting the body apart. It is secure, but if you need to be able to remove the light from the plastic printed shell, this may not work for you without modification (you can tril down the tabs with an exacto knife. </p>
