No Supports Needed***Please Read before printing***<h2>How to Form the Mesh Panel</h2><h2>Step 1 – Remove While Warm</h2>Immediately after printing, carefully remove the mesh panel from the print bed while it is still warm and flexible.Important: The panel forms most easily when removed right after printing.&nbsp;<h2>Step 2 – Form Around a Cold Can</h2>Quickly wrap the warm mesh panel around a cold beverage can.The cold can acts as a forming jig and helps the PLA retain the correct curvature.&nbsp;<h2>Step 3 – Secure the Shape (Optional)</h2>If needed, use painter&#39;s tape to hold the panel snugly against the can.This helps maintain an even shape while the material cools.&nbsp;<h2>Step 4 – Hold and Cool</h2>Leave the panel wrapped around the can for 3–5 minutes.As the PLA cools, it will lock into its curved shape.&nbsp;<h2>Tip</h2>For best results, use a cold can directly from the refrigerator. The colder surface helps the panel set faster and improves shape retention.&nbsp;<h2>Final Step</h2>Once fully cooled:✓ Remove the painter&#39;s tape (if used)✓ Slide the formed panel off the can✓ Assemble the remaining partsYour mesh panel is now ready to use.
