Second-generation inflation adapter: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2628189-wei-ke-shi-wu093zhuan-supjiang-ban-bei-bao-chuan-k#profileId-3032528
As a SUP paddleboard packraft enthusiast and DIY hobbyist, I have always been looking for a more convenient deflating and inflating solution. The Worx Wu093 blower has strong airflow and is portable, while inflating and deflating SUP paddleboards often requires a lot of physical effort
After multiple designs and tests, the current design achieves perfect installation and efficient inflation and deflation
Features
Bidirectional compatible adapter: One end precisely matches the front and rear ports of the Worx Wu093 blower, the other end adopts a standard SUP inflation valve design
Rapid deflation function: Utilizing the large air intake of the Worx Wu093, with manual control of air entry, it automatically seals when stopped, preventing air backflow
Optimized sealing design: Key areas feature a thickened design, ensuring no air leakage during inflation and deflation and improving efficiency
Compact and portable structure: The overall design is small, easy to carry outdoors, and saves space
3D Printing Practice and Material Testing
I have conducted actual 3D printing verification of the design and tested three materials: PLA, PETG, and ABS, all of which can be perfectly printed and used
Usage Effect Verification
Inflation and Deflation Efficiency: Using the Worx Wu093 blower, it can quickly inflate and deflate SUP packrafts and paddleboards within 2 minutes, significantly reducing manual inflation and deflation time
Original Intention for Sharing
I am sharing this project hoping to help friends with similar needs, and also looking forward to hearing everyone's opinions and suggestions, especially insights on material selection, printing techniques, and design optimization
Whether it's about the design itself, the choice of 3D printing materials (such as PLA, PETG, or ABS), or Fusion 360 usage tips, I am eager to hear your thoughts
