A compact, protective case for the Shark ChillPill portable fan and its two swappable heads, each held in its own soft cradle. Rigid shell, soft liner, strap closure — built to survive life in a bag.

Design

• Two-material build: rigid PETG outer shell + soft TPU 90A inserts that cradle each item with a snug fit
• Filament hinge — a scrap of 1.75 mm filament is the pin, no extra hardware
• Pre-tensioned TPU strap with a keyhole catch: one end captive, the other clips on/off; elastic tension keeps the lid shut in transit
• Snap-in inserts held by bevelled ribs — pop them out for cleaning
• Tuned clearances: 0.25 mm shell/insert clip, 0.6 mm around the device
• ≈ 150 × 125 × 56 mm closed

Recommended print settings

• PETG: 0.20 mm, 240/80 °C, 4 walls, 25 % infill, ~45 mm/s
• TPU 90A: 0.20 mm, 230/45 °C, ~30-50 mm/s, minimal retraction, dry the filament; strap printed solid
• No supports in the right orientation (one exception: the undersides of the strap studs / hinge knuckles — add tree supports there only if you want them perfectly clean)

• Shells: cavity up · Inserts: parting face up (TPU_haut printed upside-down) · Strap: flat

Assembly
Clip the TPU inserts into each shell, join base + lid, slide a ~75 mm length of 1.75 mm filament through the hinge and melt/flare both ends so it can't back out. Hook the strap onto the studs.
