🚀Model Introduction
This is a purely 3D printed, large-capacity flip-top storage box. It consists of only two independent parts: the box body and the lid. No bolts, nuts, or any other hardware accessories are needed throughout, nor are extra tools required for installation. The two parts come with integrated snap hinges and locking structures; simply align and snap them together to complete the assembly. The installation process has zero barriers, allowing for quick use after printing.
Its overall size is designed to be 255mm, precisely fitting the maximum build volume of conventional desktop FDM 3D printers, maximizing the printer's usable print space without redundant structures wasting print volume. At the same time, the box body adopts a regular, square internal cavity design, with no unnecessary structures obstructing the internal space, allowing it to be fully utilized. It boasts excellent storage capacity, capable of neatly accommodating model parts, hand tools, desktop sundries, electronic accessories, and various other items.
Both the box body and lid surfaces are designed with integrated longitudinal reinforcing rib structures, significantly enhancing the overall structural rigidity and deformation resistance of the purely 3D printed plastic material. The entire unit is robust and durable; even when stacked, the box is not prone to deformation. The self-contained snap-on lid structure opens and closes smoothly, and the latch is secure when closed. It can serve both as a desktop organizer for small items and as a parts storage box for 3D printed accessories and hand tools, offering both practicality and durability.
