To accommodate the hard hat lining, this helmet is designed with color separation and modular parts.

For the helmet lining, a general four-point or six-point liner will suffice. I bought the type shown below:

When assembling the helmet, if some H-shaped connectors don't fit, they can be omitted. This is a saturated design, and two connections in the middle of each piece are usually enough.

Stitching on the mask (helmet decoration):

The flat parts are universal components. The angled parts have some distinctive features, making them easy to identify. Make sure to assemble the stitching after the main body is fully assembled (and glued);

If some stitches cannot be assembled due to misalignment of the main body, you can scale down the stitch size before printing and assembling. 

When wearing this helmet, head circumferences of 56cm and below can fit easily,

To accommodate the "big head" in the main image, the opening under the helmet is made relatively large. However, any larger would look a bit awkward, so the "big head" person in the main image wears it like a motorcycle helmet, by entering sideways first and then rotating to face forward.
