Description

⚔️ Yuta Okkotsu (Special Grade) - High-Resolution 90mm FDM Figure

"I want the confidence to feel like it's okay to keep living."

Bring the immense power of Special Grade Sorcerer Yuta Okkotsu, the protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, to your collection shelf. This high-momentum display piece captures Yuta in his iconic white Jujutsu High uniform, locked in a low, wide combat stance as he readies his cursed-energy channeled katana for a swift horizontal slash.

To maintain strict anatomical scaling with other standard desktop figures, this model is defaulted to 90mm tall. The intricate hair geometry and fabric wrinkles are meticulously optimized for ultra-fine extrusion profiles.

📐 Print Specs & Slicing Recommendations

  • Default Model Height: 90mm (Perfect miniature shelf scale).
  • Layer Resolution: 0.08mm (Crucial for the default scale to capture fine facial profiles and ensure smooth weapon lines).
  • Nozzle Diameter: 0.4mm standard FDM.

💡 PRO-TIP FOR BIGGER PRINTS: If you prefer a faster print with less structural fragility, this model scales up beautifully! Upscaling the figure to 150mm (15cm) tall resolves the weapon's thinness completely. At 150mm, you can comfortably switch to a 0.12mm or 0.16mm layer height, massively reducing print time while retaining pristine visual quality.

🛠️ Support Calibration & Post-Processing Guide

  • 🎯 The Overhang Slicer Trick: Printing at the recommended 0.08mm layer height allows you to set your Support Z-Distance to exactly 0.16mm. This tight calibration provides flawless structural tracking for the near-horizontal blade, ensuring it remains clean, straight, and completely free of underside extrusion defects.
  • ⚠️ Extreme Katana Fragility: At the default 90mm scale, the blade and hilt of the katana are incredibly thin and delicate. Do not pull or torque the tree supports away from the sword. Carefully clip the support interfaces branch-by-branch using precision flush cutters.
  • 🪝 Hidden Collar Supports: A tiny pocket of tree supports will form in the narrow gap between Yuta's neck and his high jacket collar. Use a fine metal hobby hook or dental pick to gently slide inside and extract the support cores without scratching the jawline.

Technical & Creative Note: This design is based on an AI generation that I have manually refined and tested on FDM prints to ensure printability and quality. The featured photo is of the actual physical print. I’ve included AI-colored renders only as a visual reference for those who wish to paint the miniature.

🛠️ Support the Process!

💡 What you see is what you get: Unlike many profiles that only upload digital renders of unprintable models, every single design here is fully test-printed, refined in Blender/Meshmixer, and optimized for FDM before release.

I spend hours tweaking geometries, custom supports, and wasting my own filament so that you can enjoy a flawless, hassle-free print on your first try.

If my test-printing hours saved your time and filament, feel free to keep my printers running and fuel the next project! Any support is greatly appreciated: paypal.me/mjrko84
