Rolling Tobacco Kit, Tobacco Box

Anyone who rolls knows the problem: tobacco, filters, papers — everything is scattered around. This box solves that.

Info:

I printed it with an effect smooth plate but I leave it to you which one you prefer, activate the automatic contour hole compensation so that all circular bores fit. I also changed the outer line to 0.6 mm wide and printed the wall direction from inside to outside, which saves support time and money, only the upper part of the box needs supports because the separation from the filter compartment to the paper compartment has a flying wall to create more space for filters, (here you only need to deactivate supports on the print plate). But everything is already set up in my print profile.

Assembly:

You will need superglue and Neo-Dyn Magnets: 8x N52 3x3 mm and 4x N35 10x3 mm

Please note the 3x3 mm magnets should be N52 to achieve optimal closing force (do not buy magnets from Aliexpress in this case as I always had bad experiences with them, always too small or too weak, and with 3 mm magnets, it is crucial that the quality is right). For the 10x3 mm magnets, you can also buy the weaker N35 ones as the force is sufficient, also note here that the dimensional accuracy of Aliexpress products is not 100% accurate, which is why I included a 0.2 mm high spacer on plate 3 so that you can compensate for it under the magnet if the magnets are less than 3 mm, print the number you need here and or adjust the height of the spacer

Tobacco Lid and Filter Lid:

Take your time here as the tolerances are very small and everything is precisely designed to fit.

By bending slowly, the parts can be brought into the correct position (The lower part of the filter lid must be secured with superglue).

For the paper holder, also pay attention to the correct installation direction (See photos)
