Description

Bell Holder Adapter for OFC Gear Hold My Line V2 Ice Fishing Indicator

This is a small 3D printed bell holder adapter made for the OFC Gear Hold My Line V2 Polycarbonate Pike Edition ice fishing indicator.

I made this after helping my brother with his ice fishing setup. He had fishing bell holders made for regular rods, but they did not fit the Hold My Line V2 indicator properly. So I redesigned the holder to mount directly on the polycarbonate strip instead.

The adapter lets you attach fishing bells / bite alarm bells to the indicator, giving both visual and sound indication when a fish bites.

Compatibility

Designed for:

OFC Gear – Hold My Line V2 – Polycarbonate Pike Edition

The original indicator uses a 3×7 mm polycarbonate strip but its attachent is used where the rubber is (the distance is 8mm on the adaptor), so this adapter is made for that style of flat indicator shaft.

This is not an official OFC Gear part. It is a custom-made compatible accessory.

Features

  • Made for OFC Gear Hold My Line V2
  • Holds fishing bells / bite alarm bells
  • Useful for ice fishing and ismete setups
  • Gives extra sound indication when the indicator releases
  • Small, fast and practical print
  • Easy upgrade for winter fishing gear

Printing tips

PETG is recommended for cold outdoor use.
PLA may work, but can become more brittle in freezing temperatures.

Suggested settings:

  • 0.20 mm layer height
  • 3–4 walls
  • 15% infill
  • Print strong enough for outdoor handling
  • Test fit before using in very cold conditions

Note

Fishing bells and indicators can vary slightly. Test the fit before use and do not overtighten.
