Print Profile(2)

Description
After my first versions 1-3 were so well received here https://makerworld.com/en/models/1545306-balcony-railing-birdbath-birdbath-balcony#profileId-1622477 and version 4 is already public: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2926969-birdbath-balcony-railing-v4-0-birdbath-balcony#profileId-3276167
here is a new design:
Version V5.0 > A modern round bowl with 205mm outer diameter in a stone look. Modern but easy to print. To achieve this, the bottom area was beveled. This allows printing without supports on the rough outer wall.
You can find the matching holder for your balcony railing in the separate print profile.
A small round elevation is integrated in the center of the bowl. This provides birds with additional standing space, potentially also for an extensive bath if the water level is suitable.
The corresponding balcony holder can be screwed in from the underside (thread size M20)
This simple assembly also allows the bowl to be removed, cleaned, and refilled at any time.
All available holder variants are included in the print profiles.
Assembly is very simple: Position the holder on the railing and screw in the printed (M18) screw horizontally. A T25 Torx is sufficient here – for more force, simple pliers will do. A 27mm wrench would be ideal. However, I warn against applying too much force. The screw is printed relatively solid, but it is still plastic.
If more tensile force is required in special cases, the entire assembly can be replaced with a metal screw/nut combination.
My material recommendation for printing: PETG
If needed, I can provide more adapters at any time.
Simply inquire about the desired dimensions - both round and square.
NOTE: It is possible that the printed bowl is not 100% watertight, which is hardly possible with 3D printing.
Here I recommend treating it with a sealant such as “DICHTOL AM Hydro”.
