Description
Spare cog for the majority of Lima and Rivarossi models from recent years. I too have been a victim of the original cogs splitting, and after buying commercially available spares at great cost, I decided to design and print my own. I've gone through various stages and variations, finally settling on this version. For best results, strictly use a 0.2 nozzle with PLA Basic or even better, PLA Plus. Avoid matte or PETG, as cogs made from these materials tend to be too brittle or do not function well. Slowed printing is recommended for optimal results.
Cogs in the pictures: black is OEM, red is commercial, and yellow is my printed model.
