Description
Reinforced Pocket Clip for Leatherman ARC
This project includes a 3D printable reinforced pocket clip for the Leatherman ARC, created as a stronger alternative to the original clip assembly.
I accidentally broke the steel clip, so i modeled both the original clip geometry and a reinforced version, optimized for practical everyday use and better durability.
Original clip lacks grip, so I recommend to use reinforced version, it has much better grip.
It may also be compatible with other Leatherman models using a similar clip attachment layout, such as Leatherman Free P2 / Free P4, but please check dimensions and mounting hole spacing before use.
The prototype shown in the photos was printed in PA-CF (carbon fiber nylon), which provides a good balance of stiffness, strength, and heat resistance for functional parts.
