🛠️ Recommended Print Settings

• Material: ABS or ASA is highly recommended for heat resistance since guitar amp tubes get hot. PETG is a decent runner-up. Avoid standard PLA.
• Wall Loops: 3 to 4 walls (helps keep the screw countersinks strong).
• Infill: 10% to 15% Rectilinear.
• Supports: No supports needed.
• Hole Tolerances: The .3mf file has X-Y Hole Compensation set to 0.20 mm to account for standard ABS shrinkage. If you print in another material and it feels too tight or loose, adjust this setting in your slicer.

At 17-3/8" long, this part is too wide to fit on a standard 256x256 mm build plate (like the Bambu X1/P1/A1 series) in one piece.

• Ready to Print (.3mf): This file is already split cleanly in half for you so it fits right onto a standard bed. It has all my tested ABS print settings pre-configured. Just print the two pieces and line them up when you screw them down.
• For Modifications or Large Beds (.step): I have also uploaded the full-length, uncut solid model. If you have a large-format printer and want to print it in one piece, or if you need to tweak the design, use this file. Use the ABS settings from the .3mf as a baseline starter.
