Description

This is an updated version of a remix I have previously uploaded.

I've been wanting a new bezel for my DW5600E, but couldn't find any models I liked so I remixed a model I found to something closer to what I am looking for and figured to share. I used the Bambu slicer to modify the model so it looks pretty odd in the prepare stage of the slicer with all the parts and negative parts added.

History of my versions:

Version 4.1

Things changed from the original to my V4.1:

-Increased the scale slightly.

-Flattened out the side feature.

-Added finger notches to reach the buttons easier.

-Added openings to let the buttons to go through when installing.

-Made the top bezel layer thinner.

V4.1 Notes:

-Material I used was Elegoo PETG-GF.

-I used a 0.6mm because I wanted to print with glass fiber, and that is the only harden steel extruder nozzle I have.

-The bezel is held on by the watch buttons so be careful when installing.

Version V4.2

Things changed from V4.1 to V4.2:

-Switched to 0.4mm nozzle.

-Slightly Decrease the size of the openings for the buttons (hoping to help the bezel stay on better).

V4.2 Notes:

-Material used was Bambu PETG (without GF). I like the look of the PETG better than the PETG-GF. The PETG-GF looks too matte when combined with the original band.

Version V5.3:

Things changed from V4.1 to V4.2:

-Added Holes for the bezel screws.

-Opened the button openings, since they were no longer the primary holding feature.

-Slimed down the area were the watch face transitions to the band.

-Changed the top layer to ironing vs the Octogram Spiral

V5.3 Notes:

-Material used was Bambu PETG (without GF).

-Not sure if the ironing or the octogram spiral looks better. For me the ironing seems to create bubble cavities. Maybe that can be fixed with settings or drying the filament. And not sure if the slanting modification is fully an improvement.
