Yedoo S2016 Disc – Modular Fender Set

This is a custom-designed, multi-part fender (mudguard) set specifically engineered for the Yedoo S2016 Disc scooter. The modular design makes printing easy and allows for straightforward assembly.

🛠️ Assembly & Hardware Required

The pieces fit together easily. Please refer to the uploaded images for the exact assembly sequence.

To fully assemble and mount the fenders, you will need:

• 16x M3 screws with nuts
• 2x M5 screws (1 of these requires a nut)
• 1x M6 screw with nut

💡 I recommend adding washers to all screws for a more secure, vibration-resistant fit.

🖨️ Recommended Print Settings

For maximum durability against weather and vibrations, please use the following materials:

• Main Body Parts: PETG or PETG-CF (highly recommended for strength and UV resistance).
• Front Fender Bottom Piece: TPU (Flexible).

💡 Why TPU? Printing the very last/lowest piece of the front fender in TPU ensures that if you accidentally hit a curb or a hard obstacle, the fender will flex instead of snapping.
