• Best Choice: ASA or PETG. * ASA is the ultimate choice for automotive exterior parts—it features excellent UV resistance, won't get brittle in the sun, and handles extreme weather easily.
  • PETG is a great, easy-to-print alternative with good flexibility and heat resistance.
• DO NOT USE PLA or ABS! PLA will melt and deform in the summer heat. Standard ABS lacks UV protection, causing it to degrade and become brittle over time under the sun, which can make the clips snap.
• Supports: NOT NEEDED (Print-in-place, no supports). The model is optimized for easy printing without any support material.
• Wall Loops: At least  4 walls to ensure the clips have maximum mechanical strength.
