Description

My MotoPacient mini Workshop need some ventilation and fresh air when im not home.

This project is a simple and affordable ventilation system designed for small workshops, garages, motorcycle sheds, and hobby rooms.

The system uses standard HT DN110 drainage pipes combined with a 140mm PC fan, making it easy to source parts while providing quiet and efficient airflow.

Features

  • Compatible with standard DN110 HT pipes
  • Designed for 140mm PC fans
  • Quiet operation compared to traditional duct fans
  • Easy to print and assemble
  • Suitable for workshop ventilation, humidity control, and air circulation
  • PETG-friendly design for improved temperature and UV resistance

Recommended Material

PETG

I recommend printing all parts in PETG because it offers:

  • Better temperature resistance than PLA
  • Improved durability in garages and workshops
  • Good resistance to moisture and humidity

Hardware Required

  • 140mm PC fan
  • HT DN110 pipe
  • Fan screws or M4 hardware (depending on your setup)
  • Optional fan grille and dust filter

Applications

  • Motorcycle workshop ventilation
  • Garden shed air circulation
  • Garage humidity control
  • Small storage room ventilation
  • General fresh-air exchange

If you build one, feel free to share your make and any modifications you come up with!

Happy printing!
