Personalized name sign designed to be printed without the need for an AMS.

The model consists of two separate parts that fit together mechanically, allowing a clean two-color result using a standard single-color printer.

Printing Orientation

For the best visual result, print both parts with the visible/front face directly against the build plate.

This provides:

• A smoother finish.
• Better surface quality.
• The texture of the build plate on the visible side.
• Improved overall appearance.

Scaling

If you want to increase or decrease the size of the model, both parts must always be scaled by exactly the same percentage.

Scaling only one of the parts will prevent the name from fitting correctly inside the large initial.

Assembly

The X-Y Hole Compensation has been adjusted to achieve a precise friction fit.

No glue is required.

Please note that the fit is intentionally tight and assembly may require some force. Take care during installation.

If you prefer an easier fit, slightly increase the X-Y Hole Compensation in your slicer before printing.

Printing Without AMS

To print the model without AMS and keep it on a single build plate, use the "Print by Object" option in your slicer.

Be careful with object spacing and travel movements to avoid collisions between printed parts.

Supports

The supports have been designed and tested for clean, fast and easy removal using my printer, filament and print settings.

If you use different materials or print settings, results may vary. Feel free to test and adjust the support settings if necessary.

Versions Included

• Small version: 1 build plate, no AMS required.
• Large version: 2 build plates, no AMS required.
