SIN Airport | Modular Airport Display

Welcome to the **O_G Airport Collection** – a modular 3D printed airport display system.

This model features a stylized version of **SIN Airport / Singapore Changi Airport**. The design is not intended as a 1:1 scale copy, but as a clean, decorative, and playable display model with high recognition value.

The special feature of this system:

**The Universal Airport Base only needs to be printed once. Afterwards, different airport plates can be swapped out at any time.**

This way, you don't have to print a completely new base for each airport. Instead, you only print the respective **Airport Plate** and the matching **NamePlate**. This saves printing time, material, and offers maximum flexibility in presentation.

You can display a single airport, change the airport plate at any time, or print multiple bases to present different airports side by side.

The **SIN Airport Plate** features a stylized terminal structure with a central Jewel-inspired dome area, multiple terminal arms, green landscaped areas, a tower, apron area, runway markings, and other airport-inspired details.

**With its central dome and green accents, this model stands out visually from the other airports in the Collection and brings the special Changi/Jewel vibe to the series.**

• prepared **77% version** for smaller build plates, e.g., Bambu Lab A1 & similar printers

🛠️ Modular System

The system is designed so that future airport plates are compatible with the same Universal Base.

Example:

1. Print **Universal Airport Base** once
2. Insert **SIN Airport Plate**
3. Insert **SIN NamePlate**
4. Later, simply swap for another Airport Plate

This creates an expandable Airport Collection where you decide whether you want to present just one airport, several interchangeable airport plates, or multiple complete displays.

⚙️ Print Profile

**Layer height:** 0.2 mm
**Seam:** Rear
**Wall loops:** 3
**Infill:** 4% Gyroid

**Important:**
For multi-color prints, please note the following setting:

**Purge Tower → Ribbed Wall: OFF**

Otherwise, the purge tower might no longer fit on the build plate.

✨ Scaling

The model can be scaled freely as desired.

**Important:**
If you scale the model, all parts must be scaled with exactly the same value.

This applies to:

• Universal Airport Base
• Airport Plate / Airport Insert
• Nameplate

A separate **3MF file with 77% scaling** is already prepared for smaller build plates.

• **Universal Airport Base: 300mm x 315mm x 15mm outer, 284mm x 284mm x 9mm inner**
• **NamePlate: 59.4mm x 9.9mm x 1.98mm**
• **DUS Airport Plate: 281.16mm x 281.16mm x 49.94mm **
